After graduating with honors from New York Institute of Technology (NYIT) with a major in International Business and a minor in Computer Graphics, Andrey had an extensive career in investment banking and asset management, mainly as an Agile Product & Process Manager helping global organizations like Citi, Bank of America, Chase, and New York Life form their retail strategy and distribution channels.

Andrey then moved into U.S. Government contracting consulting field helping nationwide companies secure and manage large technology procurement contracts with GSA and DOD as a Business Development & Project Manager.

In 2019 he began actively volunteering with IT4Causes as an Agile Project Manager & Scrum Master and within a year of impactful community service became an employee of the company, first as the Director of Business Development & Project Management and then as the Director of Operations helping CEO Tom Anderson with day-to-day activities of the organization.
